Subject: [PATCH] fix(http): return application/json for POST
 (enableJsonResponse)

SSE-only responses broke MCP registries/clients (e.g. Glama connector test) that
do not consume the event stream. JSON is the widely-compatible default; SSE stays
available on GET.
